Nans sous Sainte Anne a small village in the Doubs, both so close to towns steeped in history, and so far away that the calm and the sweetness of this small village at the bottom of its valley instantly give you a feeling of happiness and peace of mind.
It is here, in the shadow of the castle, that Catherine and Pierre Basso Moro, chef of Château de Germigney, have decided to revive this old 18th century farmhouse, to welcome you in the most beautiful way possible out of passion.
A L'Ombre du Château welcomes you to this old building, with such a special atmosphere, renovated in a traditional and old style.
Located in one of the most beautiful regions of this little corner of the Doubs, in Franche-Comté, Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne is a pretty little village located at the bottom of a valley where Le Lison takes its source.
A Ombre du Château is the ideal place for a restful and restorative holiday.
As soon as you arrive, you will discover our pretty interior courtyard and our garden.
Push the heavy front door and you have arrived in our large reception lounge.
Cathie and Pierre Basso-Moro will welcome you there and show you around their guest house: the fireplace lounge, the dining room, the library lounge ... You will then feel this special atmosphere, between English and regional style, mixing stone, wood, leather, fabrics and fabrics.
At the end of the afternoon, once you have returned from your escapades and sightseeing, make yourself comfortable in the garden, sipping a glass of fruit juice or an aperitif.
Or sit down in our deckchairs, under the large trees that display our garden, where a refreshing breeze blows, bringing a feeling of softness.
In the colder seasons, come and sit in our living room with its intimate and cozy atmosphere, and warm up near our large fireplace.
